HISTORY

2004

The company is founded by Filippo Prunecchi and his father Andrea, who have a long-standing experience in the leather goods industry – the heirs of craftsmen who have been shoemakers for several generations.

2006

The family’s entrepreneurial journey continues when Benedetta Prunecchi, who is Filippo’s sister and Andrea’s daughter, joins the company, at first assisting in the advancement of production and in back office activities.

2009

Following a collaboration with a leading international customer in the fashion and luxury industry, the company changes its name to “Trend”. At this time, Stefano Pistolesi, Filippo’s and Benedetta’s uncle, also joins the team.

2010

With the arrival of Federica Prunecchi, Benedetta’s and Filippo’s sister, who takes on a position in the production department, the new corporate structure is in place.

2013

A year of substantial growth, with the turnover having doubled from €11 million to €23 million.

2018

Federica takes over the purchasing department, while Benedetta focuses on coordinating and directing the pattern-making and product development department. At this time, the company takes a major leap forward, achieving a turnover of nearly €50 million.

The company’s primary goal is to create unique and distinctive products, with a special focus on customer needs, by adopting a tailor-made approach.
